MY BACKGROUND
Our methodology is based on PREVENTION AND THE LAW, provided by more than 30 years of experience in investigations, evidence analysis, PACA claims and litigation, which has given me the opportunity to observe and understand the various dynamics and challenges that can arise in this industry.
In a business relationship, CLARITY AND PRESERVATION of evidence (documents, emails, etc.) are important, especially what that evidence shows.
The 3 most important parts are:
Documentation, Documentation and Documentation!
Before asking for my help, the exporters thought they were doing everything right, BUT THEY WERE WRONG. This turned out to be a harsh reality for some:
One lost everything (land, house, machinery, etc.) and another lost more than 1.5 million - both companies no longer exist, and I don't want this to happen to anyone else!
