Grower/Supplier will comply with standard industry procedures and will always have a current food safety inspection audit conducted by Global GAP and/or Primus Labs.

The shipper/exporter (SENDER) will have packaging procedures to ensure that only produce of the highest quality and conditions are shipped and meet the recipient's specifications. If the SENDER fails to do so, they are aware that they will suffer financial losses due to this noncompliance, which may include having to pay the recipient for damages.

The recipient/consignee (RECEIVER) will only order PRODUCE from the GROWER/SUPPLIER (SENDER) when they have pending purchase orders from its customers (BUYER). So that when the PRODUCE arrives at the cold storage facility/warehouse, the PRODUCE will be delivered to the BUYER shortly thereafter, in order to NOT AFFECT the quality and condition of the PRODUCE from the time it arrives at the cold storage facility designated by the RECEIVER until the time they arrive at the BUYER'S WAREHOUSE.
